STUDENT PARTICIPATION, RECORDING & RELEASE AGREEMENT

Ducosquier Company LLC d/b/a Ducosquier Schools

By registering for or participating in any Ducosquier Schools course, training, or event (including live-streamed and recorded sessions), I (“Student”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation & Educational Purpose

I understand that the course is provided for educational purposes only. Participation or completion does not guarantee certification, licensure, employment, or business success.

2. Recording Consent

I acknowledge that all classes and related activities will be recorded, including video, audio, screen content, chat messages, questions, and verbal participation. I consent to being recorded and waive any expectation of privacy.

3. Use of Recordings & Likeness

I grant Ducosquier Company LLC d/b/a Ducosquier Schools, its employees, agents, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use my name, voice, image, likeness, statements, and contributions captured during the course for educational, operational, marketing, promotional, and website or social media purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve such use.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials and recordings are the exclusive property of Ducosquier Schools. I may not record, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or repurpose any course content without prior written permission.

5. Accessibility

Ducosquier Schools is committed to accessibility. If I require a reasonable accommodation due to a disability, I agree to contact the Education Team at least 48 hours prior to the event using the contact information provided by Ducosquier Schools.

6. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Ducosquier Company LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation in the course or the authorized use of recordings, except where prohibited by law.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
