Terms and Conditions of Ducosquier Schools
Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before enrolling in any courses offered by Ducosquier Schools.
Enrollment and Payments:
Upon enrollment in any course offered by Ducosquier Schools, the student agrees to pay the specified fees as outlined during the registration process.
All payments made to Ducosquier Schools are non-refundable, except in the case where the class is canceled by the school, in which case a refund will be issued to the student.
Course Cancellation:
Ducosquier School reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reasons deemed necessary by the school. In such cases, enrolled students will receive a refund of their course fees.
Study Materials:
It is the sole responsibility of each student to obtain and have their required studying materials before the commencement of the course. Ducosquier Schools may recommend or provide a list of necessary materials, but it is the student's responsibility to ensure they have the required resources for the course.
Course Participation and Conduct:
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior that negatively impacts the learning environment may result in the student being removed from the course without a refund.
Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, and online resources, are the intellectual property of Ducosquier Schools. These materials are provided to enrolled students for personal educational use only and should not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission from the school.
Attendance Requirement:
For Ducosquier School's livestream classes, it is mandatory to activate your camera to earn credit for the attended hours. Failure to comply may result in removal from class - and course charges / fees will not be refunded.
Technology Requirement: Prior to registration, it is essential that student confirms access to a computer or any smart device with both audio and camera capabilities. This ensures participation in the course and compliance with attendance criteria.
Compliance Acknowledgment: By enrolling in any of the courses at Ducosquier School, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the camera-on policy during livestream classes and ensure access to the necessary technology for participation.
Changes to Terms:
Ducosquier Schools reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the enrolled students to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the services provided by Ducosquier Schools after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ducosquier Schools operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
