REVA vs. Transaction Coordinator — What’s the Difference?

This program focuses on the role of a Virtual Real Estate Assistant (REVA) — a support professional who assists agents and brokers with administrative tasks, document preparation, marketing, and operational support.

As a REVA, you will learn how to:

  • Support listings, buyers, and rental transactions

  • Prepare and complete real estate forms under agent or broker supervision

  • Manage MLS input, marketing, and client communication

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and business support

This is not a Transaction Coordinator (TC) program.

A Transaction Coordinator typically handles:

  • Contract-to-close management

  • Timeline tracking and contingency monitoring

  • Coordination between title, lenders, and all parties throughout the transaction

If you are looking to specialize in managing transactions from contract to closing, that training is covered in our separate Transaction Coordinator Certification Program.
